We made it — happy 2021! 2020 was the year none of us expected, and despite everything that happened, the real estate market was fantastic. Today I’ll share the numbers behind our market this past year and give you a preview of what to expect in 2021. 2020 was very much a seller’s market, but with interest rates as low as they are and more and more sellers looking to take advantage of this situation, buyers should expect a reprieve this year.
