The most impressive thing about working with Michael was his honesty. When he implemented the online search for properties, he was very careful to stay within the guidelines and prices we had requested. He is the first realtor to do that. All the others we have used always raised the price range and attempted to sell higher priced property first. Whenever we ask to see a property, Michael was able to schedule it within a short time frame. We eventually purchased a new house from a builder. Even after we closed on our house, he willingly answered questions and worked with the title company to provide additional information on house warranties. We will continue to stay in contact with Michael to work out issues with the contractor who built our house.
