I worked with young Michael Gillies for a year as we tried to find a perfect investment property with enough of what I needed in a home for the time being. This was my first time buying but he always had time for me, always answered his phone or called back the same day. He always took time to explain in detail all the questions I had even ones pertaining to my loan and other financial issues that were new to me, even though he was not obligated too. I really felt like he was a partner in this and not just a realtor, I had to stop myself at times from talking to him or sharing my thoughts on certain items because he was just my realtor ha-ha. He is an amazing guy that is always looking out for your best interests, always giving you cautionary advice where merited and really just being there for you for the long haul.
