I had my home on the market for months without success so I interviewed some of the most successful agents in the Fredericksburg area. Michael Gillies was clearly the most competent and impressive agent I interviewed. After listing with the Gillies Team, it sold for what we expected within a reasonable time. The service we received from all of Gillies was great. I can highly recommend Michael and his team. There might be other agents as good, as I cannot speak to all, but I don’t believe you will find one better.
